Truly the best in the Conejo valley
I grew up in Thousand Oaks and Manny's is known to be the best in town. Both authentic and affordable, two traits that elude me in Hazel Park, MI where I currently live. I look foward to eating there again when I return to California.    [11 Sep 2003 20:47:38]

Not Your Americanized Mexican Food
This is authentic. Or at least as authentic you can be trying to fit into the tastes of us here Norte Americanos. Burritos are big, tortas are big, everything is big. Except for the price. Choice of salsas also very good. Definitely not a Baja Fresh or Sharky's type of place.    [01 Oct 2004 14:03:02]

Great, cheap burritos and tacos
Basically a take out place some booths, tables, and a small outdoor area. The chili verde burrito had delicious flavor. The carnitas is also good, but I've had better al pastor elsewhere. The help-yourself salsa bar had a really spicy salsa and an excellent mild salsa as well. Not really much of an atmosphere, but the food is quite decent for the money.    [14 Jun 2005 16:01:00]
