Best pizza west of NY The owners of this establishment are incredible. Upon entrance there is always a warm greeting and you are made to feel very welcome. The food is simply fantastic. The pizza is the best outside of New York, yet everything on their menu is very good. Prices are incredibly affordable. This is one of four pizzerias of the same name, all of them run by a Bonello family member. I prefer this location the best because of the friendly atmosphere, although the Gardena and San Pedro locations are nice also. The only location I will NEVER go back to is the Lomita location. There you will be treated as an imposter and the owner(lady) is very unfriendly and likes to use expletives. I know that I'm not the only one that has experienced this at the Lomita location. But enough about them, go to the Torrance location to have an incredible eating experience and a jovial light chat with the owners. [09 Apr 2003 15:39:35]

If you like pizza... Man, Bonello's by far is the best pizza in the South Bay. (Pazzo's is a close second). I remember when I was a student at El Camino College (across the street), my bro and I would grub up there all the time. Great memories... [02 Feb 2005 17:09:47]

I can't even eat Pizza Hut anymore because the pizza at Bonello's is that good! My husband and I eat there a couple times a month. The staff is really friendly, and quick! [17 Mar 2005 18:17:00]

Pretty Decent NY Pizza I'm from NYC, and I'm picky about my pizza...hard to find good NY thin crust pizza in LA, but this place fits the bill! I used to always eat in Redondo, but I discovered Bonellos is more authentic and far better! [17 Jul 2005 00:24:10]

my home away from home My friends and i are there every day but Sunday, only because they're closed. The pizza is the best! and I just got hooked on the torpedo...sooo good! Paul and Rosa (the owners) are like our parents always feeding us! Carlo, Scott, Gabe, Angela and you can't forget Sal the loud guy in the back, are always treating everyone like their family. The best place to be! I love you guys [01 Mar 2006 18:48:10]

The Only Pizza We Eat We live two cities away from Bonello's, and it is still the only pizza place we eat at. If you are lucky enough to live or work in Torrance, they deliver. It is family-owned and operated, great customer service, great pizza! They also have an amazing torpedo, and the garlic bread is good as well. I wish they were open Sundays so we could eat there more often! [16 Apr 2008 21:36:55]
