I travel all over, therefor I dine out ALOT. When I visited Lake Tahoe I stopped in Truckee at the Village Pizzeria and had the very best pizza of my life. I was with my family and our friends and in a group of 12 with 8 picky children there was nothing but smiles and full bellies. We had the 'Garlic Chips' to start and ended up getting another order for the road. It is a MUST if you are looking for the best Italian food. And they have a great new wine bar for us big kids! Best Pizza
By far the best pizza and pasta in Lake Tahoe. It's not a complete ski trip without dinner at the Village Pizzeria. The new wine bar is over the top. Great wine and food. My favorite was the artrichoke and spinich ravioli and the deep dish "Mikey Likes It" pizza.    [15 Mar 2006 16:04:21]
