Ghetto and Just Plain Wrong. This Is the Worst Del Taco Ever
I decided to go to Del Taco for breakfast this morning. I went to the drive up instead of going in. I thought it would be faster. Was I wrong! First, the lady in the drive threw was rude and all sloppy, with her shirt not even tucked in. She didn't even give me a total till I drove up to the window. The whole transaction took 15 minutes!?!? I looked at the receipt for the starting time and when I left. No joke, 15 minutes.

While I'm waiting for my food, she asks me if I want any ketchup or hot sauce. I say yes. She puts it to the side, and then goes off, doing something else. I'm getting antsy, because I have to go; I have my children at home getting ready for school. 15 minutes later, she gives me my food. I watched her fumble with it for about five minutes. I drive off completely pissed off. I go home to bring my children a surprise breakfast. THAT LADY FORGOT MY KIDS FOOD?!?!? PLUS SHE FORGOT THE HOT SAUCE.

If you guys (the people who work at Del Taco) are reading this, please know that you ruined my whole morning, and when I called this morning you should have made it right. An apology would have been great, for starters, and not arguing with me over what was in my bag. You pretty much called me a liar, gave me the run-around, and made me wait some more. I will never return to Del Taco again. I'm sure that doesn't matter to you at all.

Oh, and by the way, instead of talking and making your customers wait 15 minutes for food, try cleaning. The parking lot was filled with trash.    [22 May 2008 09:29:07]
