Annie's Panda Garden has great food, as well as great service. They are absolutely great people. I have recently relocated away from California and can't wait to go to Annie's again when I visit.    [06 Sep 2003 17:50:30]

Great food - cheap prices
Don't let the appearance from outside fool you. This is the best place for Chinese food at a great price in the East Bay.

Great service and the food comes out fast. For less than $20, two people can eat quality Chinese cuisine and still have food left over to take home.    [08 Dec 2006 22:04:44]
