It is on again off again whether they deliver. Charge is high. They even charge for the box if you have left overs or have it delivered. They say it is to keep prices down but they are one of the highest I have seen anywhere. On the other hand, the pizza is really good!    [30 Nov 2004 22:36:29]

Bad experience
Food tasted OK...once we finally got it. One order completely botched. Ordered a pastrami sandwich. I asked what kind of cheese they had. I was told "just one kind, covalone, mozzarella." (Huh?) I told them to hold the covalone and that I just wanted pastrami, mustard and mozzerella. Sandwich came with tomatoes and lettuce also. I asked if they would remake it which they did. Came back 15 minutes later as a half sandwich no tomatoes but still had lettuce. Told them that I had originally ordered a whole sandwich. The counter person replied "Oh, I thought you only wanted a half now." (For full sandwich price?) I asked again if the second half could be made with "Only pastrami, mustard & cheese"...."Oh sure" was the reply. After an hour and a half we left. Ate the second half of my sandwich in the car. All of this happened with a nearly empty restaurant. I'll never be back. Too bad, because I used to love Pizza Factory.    [28 Nov 2006 10:27:20]
