Cute As A Button
Just the other day, my wife and I took a little drive up the hill only to discover a quaint little Cafe, the Apple Dumpling. We had just finished signing our life away, on the dotted line, for a new home being built in the Chapman Heights community of Yucaipa, when we suddenly got the urge to eat a hearty lunch, with something "apply". Well, as we pulled in to that cute little apple town, we noticed the Apple Dumpling and decided to eat there. What a great decision! The staff there are a friendly, the fried chicken is amazing and their apple... anything is wonderful. Give it a try-    [27 Apr 2003 04:15:11]

Peace
I have lived in Yucaipa for 15 years and anytime you can be removed from the "rat race" to a place of peace, is well worth the drive. The Apple Dumpling Cafe is a wonderful place to dine, as well as they wonderful environment the community provides.

Come and enjoy Oak Glen, respect nature and the way America should be.    [24 May 2003 10:20:42]

God's little hide out
If anyone wants to know the ture meaning of "A little taste of heaven," then take the time for a relaxing and fulfilling stop at Apple Dumpling's. I have created many memories there to bring home to share with my friends and family that did not take that break in life to smell the roses and the apple pie. Yummy.    [23 Aug 2003 01:01:58]

I Love This Place
I try to stop by Apple Dumplin's in Oak Glen every chance I get. I love their soup and sandwich special - it is great. The staff are friendly and the owners are usually around to say hello. They also bake the most beautiful pies and have apple fritters that are amazing!    [05 Sep 2006 20:54:20]

My Wedding Day
It was July 10th 1999 we had our wedding here in the back of the resturant. It was under the apple tree's in the gazebo. We had guest come all the way in from Englad. The charm and staff took care of every detail for us down to the food and cake. At that time Dorothy was the owner. Then in April 23rd 2005 our Daughter was married here also and the new owner Sheri and Shawn took great care of us as well. When someone is talking about getting married I always tell them about how great the staff and food is and the surrounds outside for a wedding is breath taking.    [01 Feb 2007 11:17:29]
