The Best Mexican Food in CO!
This is by far the best Mexican Restaurant in Colorado. I've spent several years in CO and tried many Mexican place throughout the Denver area and the State. Casa Blanca beats them all. It's really cozy, nothing fancy, you feel right at home! The owner and the stuff are all very pleasant. The food is great. Start with the Salsa! It's one of the best out there, they have their unique recipe. You'll find yourself ordering more and more. Also make sure you try their Guacamole, it has a wonderful, pure, fresh taste. Everything else is good too. Among my favorites are Steak burritos, Carne Asada, El Pollo Loco and Carne Tampiquena. The food quality and taste is consistent.
