Very Bad Service
We have eaten at Papa Frank's many, many times. Each time it seems to get worse. Tonight was probably the last time we will eat there until someone tells me they have straightened up their act. The service was lousy, the waitress was rude and had the people skills of a drill sergeant. It took us over 56 minutes to get our food after we ordered it (no pizza or long prep time items ordered) When we asked to speak to the manager she also was rude and never offered one word of apology.    [27 Apr 2001 23:46:43]

Excellent Service & Bussing
Last Sunday Afternoon i was in Broomfield and was hungry so my family and I went to Papa Frank's. The hostess sat us at at any table we liked to be at. The kids were entertained by clear maze the TV and drawing. The restaurant was very well cleaned, the floor was clean, the bathroom was a bit too hard to find. It took a reasonable amount of time to get a pizza and a Wopburger which were delicious. The kids had all you can eat spaghetti and took some home. Worst Restaurant experience of my life!!
After ordering a lasagna to split, our waitress put it in as ala carte instead of the meal. We repeatedly attempted to flag down our waitress to make sure she understood we wanted the meal since she had not asked us whether we wanted soup or salad, and we were ignored for a larger party sitting two tables down. You would think that one of your patrons waving at you would clue you in that maybe they want to talk to you. Or maybe she missed the loud “excuse me” as she hustled past our empty water glasses to refill water at her larger table. The food was mediocre and the service was horrid! At $15 (after tax) I would have expected a lot better quality. We look at it as a $5 off coupon since we did not feel obligated to tip.    [09 May 2005 12:23:12]

Awesome!
If you need something, you ask and the servers will be happy to bring it to you. The meat sauce does not have any meat because the meat is marinated and removed, this is an awesome way to avoid the chunky meat sauce that other restaurants offer! And on Sundays and Tuesdays they have an awesome deal where you can have a never ending serving of spaghetti, for a cheap price! It's a fun family restaurant!    [24 Sep 2005 21:55:45]

A Great Corporate Experience
I'm a regular at Papa Frank's so when I was asked to have lunch catered for my company, I knew who to choose. They delivered plenty of food. Spaghetti with red and white sauce, meatballs and sausage, salad and a wonderful selection of cookies and brownies. Everyone loved it. I'm sure they've gotten some new business. The price was right, too! They went out of there way to make it great. The restaurant is just an old town, neighborhood restaurant. Nothing fancy but clean and very friendly. Great Service
I feel the service was amongst the best I have ever had and this was a take out order. I don't get that good service if I sit down and eat at some places-the food was still warm the amount I paid was too little for the amount we got and that dessert tart was scrumptious. Great service? These folks must be used to some pretty horrific experiences to say that the service is even acceptable. What a joke.
I went there the first time and it was awful (shame on them) - I went there again to see if I just had bad luck (shame on me).... Unfortunately there aren't very many restaurant choices for pasta in that area of Broomfield.
