Big City Italian - Small City Prices
Carelli's was a huge and pleasant surprise. Coming from the resort market of Steamboat, I expected an "average" Mom and Pop Italian Restaurant in a town as small as Craig. Carelli's could go toe to toe with our best in the 'Boat and based on their reasonable prices, they could win here!
I worked my way through college 30 years ago working at two Italian Restaurants in Hawaii. I thought I knew and tasted every Italian sauce imaginable over the years. Carelli's Tuscan Shrimp - with a creamy brandy sauce over linguni - was a perfect 10!
