Best Steaks in Durango/Mountain/4Corners
The ‘Baseball’ is the house cut and what a cut it is. It’s a generous steak and the finest cut. I opted for the Gorgonzolas sauce with cracked pepper for mine but they have other sauces to meet your taste. The wait staff was there when you wanted them but gave us our privacy as well. With a fire crackling, the wine, and superb food we had the most romantic dinner. When living in the SF area a person can be spoiled by the abundant gourmet restaurants on every corner. This place will not let you down. It's big city caliber nestled at the foot of the needles mountains for a spectacular view. I got my cake and ate it too there.    [23 Apr 2003 21:58:04]

This restaurant has got to be Durango's best. They serve deliciously prepared food of the highest quality--everything from fresh seafood to outstanding steaks. Saying it is a "chophouse" is inaccurate, as it is far more sophisticated.    [01 Jan 2005 20:00:34]
