This little hole-in-the-wall, strip mall BBQ restaurant has, hands down, the best BBQ in Metro Denver. Pork, Chicken and Beef are offered in various varieties, and each table comes equipped with 3 kinds of BBQ sauce (regular, hickory and sweet & tangy) and its own roll of paper towels. Soda/tea comes in huge quantities, and you will not go away hungry. The placemat menus also give you a rundown of all the "special" BBQ sauces available for purchase.
Lunch is always a crowded affair, so get there early if you can. Dinner tends to be less so. The staff is friendly, and they try hard to take care of you, even when understaffed.

The restaurant has about 15 or so small tables with about 4 chairs each. It gets noisy and pretty crowded at lunch, but the food is worth any discomfort.

Don't forget to try their home-made potato chips! They are well worth the fat and cholesterol that come with them. The homemade peach cobbler ala mode is also worth falling off your diet for.    []
