Great food and friendly service Every year that we camp in Colorado, we go to the Dunraven. We've always had excellent food. It's a "fancy" restaurant that has a relaxed dress code. They are kid friendly. Get there early or wait awhile. Make a reservation on the weekend. [22 Jul 2003 17:47:21]

Over Rated, bad service, so so food Just stay clear of this place. Unless you like to wait past your reservation time and then only be able to order half the menu. [24 Oct 2003 17:32:43]

Run From This Place! My wife and I mistakenly picked this place for our rehearsal dinner based on good first impressions. The service we received that night was outrageous and they completely botched everything! The restaurant did not seat our guests and kept 20 of them standing and waiting, once they finally got us seated the service was ridiculous and the servers continued to make rude comments like, "hope you have a good marriage because you can't be pleased." When we attempted getting the names of these people to report them, they phoned the police to have us removed. This place almost ruined our wedding festivities and the owners cursed my wife and acted in a very unprofessional manner. Run from this place! [23 Jan 2005 19:41:46]

will not return again!! My husband and I recently ate at the Dunraven for our 1st wedding anniversary. We ordered dinner and a bottle of wine. The waitress was good and the food was good. We were even commenting on how we would like to come back.....until the owner approached us and asked us if we wouldn't mind leaving because he needed the table for someone else. We were still drinking our wine and had just finished dessert. We were very disappointed and had never been asked to leave a restaraunt before. We sat at the table for about 10 more minutes in shock. We just decided to leave, without causing a scene. However, about 10 minutes later, I called the owner from my cell phone to let him know that I was very disappointed and that I would not be returning to the restaraunt again. The owner said, "Good, it's probably a good thing". I was very discouraged that the owner responded this way and I would not recommend this restaraunt to anyone, especially on a special occasion.
