An exceptional dining experience!
The CB is noted for excellent steaks, but that's just the begining. From appetizer to desert, they don't cut any corners. In at least 30 visits we've never had poor service.    [16 Mar 2004 18:31:31]

I have been a regular for forty years. The last four times, my steak was overcooked. The last time, I ordered a lobster tail with a 6 ounce fillet, the fillet was overcooked, and the tail was boiled, not broiled, and looked like a large shrimp. the manager deducted one glass of wine. Every visit I make to FC will include a meal here!
I live in California and was recommended to Charco by a few locals. It did not disappoint. Everyone in our party loved their food (great steaks!) including the kids! Honestly, I would compare the quality of food to any great steak house in California, with a much smaller price tag. The atmosphere is different and memorable,but on the dark side, service was very friendly.    [06 Jul 2007 12:12:57]
