The service is something to be desired
We went to the Fort Collins Carino's for a special occasion. My family was served everything they ordered, and it came hot. My order, from the start, was messed up royaly. My soup was served cold. I told the waitress, she took it back in a huff. She returned with the SAME BOWL OF COLD SOUP!!! Whenever I wanted something, the waitress seemed to be put out. My family's meal was fine. She NEVER brought the soup hot, and she did not take it off the bill. We asked to see the manager, who ALSO seemed as well. We received no satisfaction regarding the soup. The rest of the food was OK, but not out of the ordinary.    [25 Feb 2001 15:05:16]

Always had great experiences
My husband and I have been to Johnny Carino's in Ft. Collins multiple times, we actually go about once or twice a month. We have always had exceptional service whether we go when they are very busy or when they have maybe only three or four other tables occupied. I have had problems with their take-out though. They tend to skimp on the sauce or totally forget one of the ingredients like mushrooms or artichokes. I have called on those occasions when my take-out order was wrong though and they immediately offered to send me coupons for a free meal and they did. They were also very apologetic. Overall I like it. They're food tastes fresh and is almost always prepared wonderfully. They have a nice variety of choices food wise as well.
