Horrible Visited this restaurant while on vacation thinking it was part of the Claim Jumpers chain. We have several Claim Jumpers restaurants in Washington state and I have visited the restaurant in Tukwila, Washington. This was a far cry from the level of service and sanitation exhibited at the Claim Jumpers I had visited in Washington State.
We were greeted at the door by a rather scruffy young man on 27 March 2002 - Wednesday at approx. 12:00 Noon. He sat us, and then he bussed a few tables with a bus tub. Came back to our table approx. 7 minutes after we had initially been sat and asked if our waitress Suzanna had been by. We said no she had not been by so he took our drink orders (they were out of the beer my companion wanted, he made a substitution). The host never washed his hands while we were there and then brought our drinks out.
Suzanna, nice but very disheveled, came to our table to take our order. It looked like there were only 2 waitresses, 1 host and the GM. She had a very dirty apron on and kept forgetting what the specials were. She took our order and then the orders of 4 different tables. This led me to believe that the kitchen was bombed at once.
Our food was brought out about 15 minutes later. I had ordered a burger and fries. It came out on a plate which had previously been a white oval platter but was now a black plate. I was very turned off by the total lack of control, sanitation, and pride in the product.
We saw the General Manger at one point towards the end of the meal not knowing where she had been as she had not been on the floor. I assumed she was either bartending or cooking.
Everyone was friendly but I would never return. The restaurant was filthy and no uniform standard was imposed. The condiment containers were filthy. All I can say is I was sorely disappointed in every aspect of my visit. [31 Mar 2002 21:43:22]

Good Food at Great Prices If all you want to do is ski and then get a quick bite to eat that will let you ski again, this is the place.
