Best Italian in Summit
Awesome restaurant! Owner is always there running the place, cleaning tables, taking food to tables... works just as hard as employees. Atmosphere is really homey, yet on the nice side.    [30 Jul 2001 11:13:37]

Food to die for!!! Tears of Joy!
Amazing cuisine! Attentive Service! The ambiance is nice, middle of the road, not too stark, not too casual. The lights are dimly lit, the food is hot.

My family had spaghetti and meatballs, incredibly fresh, decently priced and meatballs the size of a fist (well not my fist.. but someone's) that were tender and flavorful not chewy and tough.

I had the Ravioli with the creamy tomato sauce the first time, it was decent but very rich. The Tapenade they serve as an appetizer is delicious and very fresh. The chocolate cake.. OH MY! This HUGE wedge of rich moist chocolate fudgy cake was so incredible tears of joy were rolling down my face. My family thought it was so amusing they took me back again on the last night of our stay in Frisco.

The second time, I had a special provolone and fresh spiniach stuffed baked chicken. The crust was crisp and perfectly done. The chicken was FANTASTIC, and the spicy marinara sauce was so good i licked it off my fingers.

The vegetables (broccoli in particular) were steamed with basil and coated with butter and i have to say it was a DELIGHTFUL way to have broccoli!

The chocolate cake was absolutely 100% every bit as good the second time we had it! tears of joy were a repeat performance.

I'd consider flying to Colorado just to go eat at this restaurant again. It is absolutely PHENOMINAL!    [15 Feb 2004 12:41:32]
