Smelly Restaurant
It seems over the last few years, the lack of ambiance at the La Salle Armadillo has gotten worse. Last night my girlfriend and I walked into the restaurant and we were greeted with a smell reminiscent of a wet dog and soured milk. I don't know if someone spilled something on the carpet or it's just that the place needs a good cleaning and an air freshener at the front door. When one walks into a restaurant, you should smell the fragrance of good food and not what we smelled. We went ahead and ate and the meal was fine, as was the service. When the front smells so bad, it makes one wonder how clean the kitchen is. I think the place just needs to be torn down and rebuilt or relocated. Any fix up would be making a silk purse out of a Sow's ear.    [18 Aug 2007 13:39:32]
