One of the Best Kept Secrets Around
If you have never been to Tortuga's, you're missing out. Everything has so much flavor that it's like "a party in your mouth." The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. Great Food
Our family received a gift certificate to Tortuga's so we decided to use it. The menu -- Cuban based -- contained many items I would not normally order. But I did. AND IT WAS ALL DELICIOUS. One of the Best in Colorado
We used to drive to Boulder for fine dining until we discovered Tortugas. My in-laws, who have eaten all over the world say this is one of the best places they have ever eaten. The menu is great, food is consistently wonderful, the bar upstairs is a relaxing, inviting place to meet and the appetizers are unbelievable. I've always liked seafood, but I never really liked fish enough to order it in a restaurant, until Tortugas.

Sad That it Wasn't the Same
My Wife and I had dinner there last week for the second time and it was about the same as our first experience the food wasn't bad but no where near good either. The service was poor to say the least and the only explanation we got was that they're getting ready to open a new place. A taste of Caribbean in little ol' Longmont
Whether you need a night out with the girls (perfect with delicious appetizers and a glass or two of Bubba's Love Punch) or a romantic evening with your man, Tortuga's is fun, spicy, unexpected, and worth a return trip.
