Best Tex-Mex in Vail

Every item on the menu is delish!
This restaurant has the best staff and food! I just got back from there. We had the place rented out in June for our son's rehearsal dinner for 60 guests. I loved every item on our buffet: chicken and beef fajitas, beef and chicken tacos, chicken flautas, rice, beans, stir-fried vegetable medley, salad, and soapapillas.

Al and his staff are so warm and accommodating and such a pleasure to work with seeing to our needs. Most Mexican restaurants have a few items that are not up to par, and you still go there because you like maybe a particular entree. Chili Willy's is the exception. We loved every item! Oh, and his homemade salsa is great too-you can request to buy a jar to take home or give away. We gave a jar to every guest.    [21 Jun 2005 16:00:18]

It's A Must
We stayed in Avon for 10 days during March 07 and had two great meals at Chili Willys and also enjoyed their Happy Hour at the bar. The staff are excellent, very friendly and gave us some good local advice about the area but the food was just the best. It is well worth the drive whether you are staying at Vail or Avon, in fact anywhere along the valley!    [03 Apr 2007 03:31:20]
