The Real Colorado Lives Here This is THE affordable Colorado place to take your out of town visitors. Only here will you find cowboys, bikers, yuppies, concert groupies and middle class folk co-mingling peaceably. The reason? The food is great, maybe a little spicy for the greenhorns, but always hot and fresh. The beer is icy-cold and margaritas, which come in big and "drown you if you're not careful," are available for all tastes. The plank floors and rough-hewn interior with a fun, south-of-the-border-meets-wild-west theme makes for a light mood. It's great entertainment to get a window seat and watch the crowd pass by outside. [01 Jul 2002 10:50:42]

Relax with an awesome margarita in the foothills of Colorado The food is okay, but the atmosphere and the margaritas are what keep you coming back for more. The inside dining room is nothing spectacular, however, we love to sit on the outside deck and enjoy the great Colorado weather over a gargantuan margarita. [23 May 2003 16:20:00]

Great Place,Great Margaritas Very generous servings everybody was able to try a little of this and that. The atmosphere was definitely laid back and comfortable. The frozen raspberry margaritas were out of this world. I would definitely not mind drowning in one. Have visited twice and tell everybody about this great place in co. That has great food and drink. Hopefully will be visiting again next summer! [29 May 2003 11:32:06]

Awesome Chili Relonhos Morrison Inn has great food and the chambord margarita is a personal favorite for me. You also have to try the "chips". It doesn't sound like it goes with Mexican food, but it does and they are good! [23 Sep 2003 18:55:14]

The Best Margarita in the World I have never had a margarita as good as the one I had at The Morrison Inn. The food, service & ambiance were also out of this world! We will definitely be back this summer. [22 Feb 2004 16:19:50]

Don't Write Reviews While Drunk The Morrison Inn serves greasy food, weak margaritas, and it actually...smells a little inside. Some people call this 'ambiance,' but the fact is, this restaurant doesn't survive without it's location, right on the main weekend Biker routes and a short walk from Red Rocks. Sure, after 3 huge margs, chips and salsa, and the famous 'Poo-Poo Platter', I was feeling happy and relaxed, but that was the tequila talking. [16 Apr 2007 13:08:10]

Worst Service – Ever!!! Our waitress was disinterested, aloof, untrained, reached in front of us to fill a glass (rather than walking around the table, and even delivered a plate to our table while scraping off old food with her fingernail!!! The food was OK. [26 Jul 2007 11:21:45]
