Cinzetti's was a pleasant journey in Italian food paradise! I enjoy cooking and eating Italian food, so I found the buffet approach suprisingly well done and the food quite tasty. I enjoyed being able to select from a wide variety and eat small portions [or large] at my discretion. Even found some good cheese on the slad bar to cleanse the palate a bit between dishes and enjoy the freshness of the new flavor. While some dishes inevitably showed "speed" in preparation, as a buffet must, the Chicken Marsala was divine as was the Eggplant parmesan.

The wait staff does not seem well trained, but was friendly and adequate and the ambiance was wonderful.

We will be back as often as we can although we are nearly 200 miles away in western Colorado.    [02 Aug 2006 14:47:51]

Fun, Wonderful Eating Experience
Delicious food, fun atmosphere, and the kids can go back for as much pizza and dessert as they want with no change in price. There was so much to explore in this "market" restaurant that the kids didn't have time to get bored before the adults were done eating, either.

I could not believe that the kids' all-you-can-eat buffet style lunch meals (for everyone ages 13 & under)were only $2.99 each, including the dessert buffet & ice cream! Adults all you can eat was $6.99. Amazing! Delicious! We will be going back, hopefully soon!    [15 Feb 2007 19:20:27]
