Located a quarter mile north of Highway 160 off North Pagosa Boulevard in a small shopping strip, this small family owned cafe serves traditional Mexican food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as beer, wine, and spirits. Chavolo's is popular with locals from construction workers and ranchers to the time share set. It's not so well known to the tourist crowds.
