Description

Located on the western edge of town, a quarter mile north of Highway 160 on North Pagosa Boulevard in a small shopping strip, this small family owned cafe serves traditional Mexican food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They also serve beer, wine, and spirits. Chavolo's is popular with locals from construction workers and ranchers to the time share set. It's not so well known to the tourist crowds.

Great food
Great mexican food, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Kind of a hole-in-the-wall place. Excellent carne asada.    [01 Feb 2008 19:45:12]
