Pagosa's Best!
This restaurant brings to Pagosa one of the finer eating establishments in SW Colorado. Yale, the owner/chef, has provided a menu that offers everyone something to his/her liking. The servers are very attentive to your every need, polite and well versed on all menu items. A full bar provides excellent mixed drinks and a high class wine selection. An "early bird" menu offers top entrees at reduced prices. The regular menu includes wonderful starter items from fresh oysters on the half shell to a marvelous brie and fresh fruit combo. Beef, lamb, pork, fresh seafood - you name it, Yale has it on the menu. The newly renovated seating areas provide a comfortable and relaxing setting for a wonderful, dining experience. The prices are moderate but maybe a little higher than other local establishments but well worth it.
