Great Mexican food...Pueblo's BEST
My family and I eat at El Nopal at least once a week. The staff are very friendly and they work hard to please you. The food is outstanding. I have lived in Pueblo my whole life and I consider myself a good judge of Mexican food. I can confidently say that El Nopal serves, hands down, Pueblo's best Mexican food. The prices are great too. You can take your family there and not break the bank.

Not The Best
I was in town for business so looked up the reviews for Mexican food and see this place it got all kinds of *'s, and read the first review "Best Mexican food in Pueblo".

What a let down. The service was the only good thing but there were only two other booths with people at that time. The menus were stained with food -- I think -- the table was dirty, and the chips and salsa tasted like caned tomatoes. The food was hot but not spicy.

For a three hour trip I was truly disappointed in what I got.    [23 May 2007 18:49:09]
