Local's Favorite Mexican Dining
Jorge's Sombrero started as just Jorge's Restaurant in a "hole-in-the-wall" about a block from their current location. I was taken there about fifteen years ago by a Pueblo Native; to experience the authentic best of Pueblo-style Mexican food.

I was hooked.

So were many other people. It became so popular that they opened a new place around the corner called "Jorge's Sombrero" that is a nice, upscale, full service restaurant and bar.

Whenever I have guests in from out-of-town, my first choice is to take them to Jorge's    [16 Jan 2004 19:32:28]

The Best Mexican Food in Colorado
I'm a Latina from El Paso, Texas, and I live in the Springs. A friend introduced me to Jorge's a few years ago. Now, whenever I'm in Pueblo, I always schedule time to eat there. The salsa is authentic, with just the right amount of red chile. I take some home with me everytime.    [05 Aug 2007 16:51:01]
