World Class? You Bet! Look, this place is simply...SPECIAL. We held our wedding dinner there in Dec.2003., 50+ppl. on a freezing cold Tuesday night. I'm the Senior Captain @ the Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco, and my wife is a Banquet Manager @ the Ritz in Half Moon Bay CA,we have over 50 YEARS of combined experience in the luxury hotel\restaurant business. We could have had our "Special Dinner" most anywhere in the country(COMP)!, but I'm a Pueblo Boy with a strong Pueblo family, so duh...Thanks Frank Mattarocci and GOD BLESS LATRONICA'S. Family & Friends It's not about the food. It's family, friends, ambiance and Pueblo hospitality.
Christmas Lights around the bar. The Latronica and Mattarocci families. Gino, Pete and Pat’s legacy. Eleanor, Millie, & Mary Ann etc… Gus's around the corner.
Bojon, Italian, Mexican, German, Polish, Irish etc... We grew up together.
Everyone is welcome at La Tronica’s and all are Pueblo proud and what La Tronica’s represents. “The hard working middle class”.
I have lived all over the country and found a place similiar in Buffalo, NY. But, not quite the same. [13 Jan 2007 15:20:13]

Family History Gino & my Grandparent were good friends. I always heard stories of the basement, it still remains a mystery to me. My father grew up eating there as so did I. I will never forget the Shirley Temple's Gino made for me the moment I walked in. Eleanor & Millie always took care of us like family. I have since moved away but miss La Tronica's just as much as I miss my Grandparents. I have yet to find a place like "home". [15 Sep 2007 11:52:08]
