Worst dining experience ever!
In town for the weekend with our friends to celebrate the purchase of several properties. On our last night of the trip we decided to dine here and unfortunatly had to deal with one of the most miserable waitresses I have ever come in contact with. We tried to overlook that but then the meal took at least a hour and half to come and then the manager was just as rude, never apologizing for her or why the meal took so long. The restaurant wasn't even busy and now I know why! The kicker was an 18% gratuity was added so she recieved a $90.00 tip for acting as rude as she wanted. We love Steamboat and consider this our second home but will never recommend this restuarant. The food could have been good but I'll never know because the whole experience was so unpleasant!    [03 Oct 2005 12:04:24]
