Your really do get a good meal for a great price.
First let me state...I'm a food snob. Normally I dislike chain "family restaurants". I love this 99. The quality of the food is great, service is typically good...and you just can't beat the price.    [11 Jul 2006 12:39:02]

Horrible service
While I do respect Tad's review, do not bother having the turkey dinner- the restaurant staff puts a freezing roll in your gravy.

Do not bother to try to find a manager after your roll is returned to you- burnt by your server and he smiles at you -like an idiot.....

Horrendous!
Our server looked greasy and dirty. You could taste the mold in the fountain soda and the food?>.....I think I puked in my mouth a bit. We arrived famished and left with all our food on the plate with the exception of a couple bites missing. We honestly took a couple bites just to make sure it was that horrid because we just couldn't believe it! And yes it was. Please if you're pregnant or have small children or are elderly, don't eat here I really do think you could die from food borne illnesses. Oh and don't bother complaining, no one cares. The foods good if you don't want a home made meal. You do have to hope to get a waitress that knows what they're doing.

Great for Families
My family and I eat here frequently. Our two boys (5 and 8) love the place. I find the waitstaff very good, but curiously we get faster service when the place is busier. The one time we did have a bad experience, I registered my complaint at their web site, which resulted in a call from Corporate and one from the local (Avon) manager, as well as a gift card to use on our next visit.
