worst service EVER!
First my milk shake arrived in a dirty glass. When I took my first sip I realized that the glass smelled like WET DOG! When the waitress finally came to check on us I explained the situation and she told me the glass was clean. NO, I told her. It was not clean and I wanted a new one. She huffed away and brought me a new one. I am not supposed to eat chocolate, so I ordered a sundae with vanilla ice cream please hold the chocolate sauce. Well, my sundae arrived... chocolate ice cream, no vanilla. I said nicely, "I am sorry, but this is chocolate ice cream." "No it is not," she replied. Umm... it is brown and it tastes like chocolate... another huffy retreat as she went to get me another ice cream... I will NEVER go back to this Friendly's again!    [25 Jul 2005 14:43:20]
