GREAT FOOD I really like this place. The food is very FRESH and authentic - not microwave fresh like Sr's and P & G's- where I used to eat. Funny, in the 4 years I ate at those places, ALL of my meals looked and tasted similar. Sometimes, the waitress has been a little slow, but mainly because whenever I've gone there it has been busy. The only downside - they only accept cash and it can sometimes be a little loud. [17 Apr 2007 11:00:51]

very authentic Danbury has a large Mexican population, but this restaurant comes the closest to traditional Mexican cooking. The owner is friendly and the waitresses are very friendly as well. I've eaten there a few times and never been disappointed! [23 Apr 2007 23:45:42]

Yummy Very good food. It's very light, not heavy with cheeses and sauces like the Mexican food chains. Everything tastes extremely fresh and very well prepared. The meals are simple and inexpensive and the atmosphere is also very nice. The neighborhood doesn't look great but it's perfectly fine. The service is a little slow - my only complaint.
Definitely recommend. [16 Jan 2008 13:43:13]
