Ole Mole is the BEST! Ole Mole is the best Mexican food in the area by far. With a healthy and fresh menu including many vegetarian options, everyone in the family can eat there. The restaurant is known for it's enchilada suizas and everything offered is affordably priced. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable but don't ask for nachos since you won't find them at Ole Mole. It serves authentic Mexican foods including a delicious Chile Relleno but no ChimmyChongas. Their salsa was also voted best in Fairfield Country by Westport magazine and the restaurant itself is rated "excellent" by Zagots. [09 Jan 2006 00:15:40]

Ole Moolah!? We were anxious to go to this restaurant and drove over to try it out! It looks inviting with it's brightly colored decor and authentic looking menu. But what I found was hastily thrown together dishes. The service was hurried almost as if they wanted you to eat and move on. Plus the Margaritas tasted like they were made from a mix out of the bottle. For a family of 2 adults and 4 childen we ended up with an $80 bill. This restaurant is highly over rated and overpriced! above average, but that's about all The food served here is good, fairly reasonable, and fresh but nothing to write home about. the bill tends to add up quickly too making it a minus when you want something quick and cheap. I used to live in L.A. and when I eat mexican food back east I just kind of cringe because there really is no place that does that great a job unless you go into the city to eat. Even the little holes in the wall in east Los Angeles used to serve way more authentic and better food for a ton less $$ [23 Mar 2008 09:18:49]
