Angelo's choose $14.99 over customer service for a family of 6!
I have eaten there a few times and liked the pizza but I will never go back. I thought it was a little odd when I walked into the resturant after it had prevously been such a hot spot and now there was maybe only 4 tables occupied and the bar was full of loud drunk people. We ordered our usual pizzas and I ordered myself baked stuffed shrimp. I got my salad and it was old but I figured "oh well, one bad salad" well when I got my baked stuffed shrimp it smelled very fishy. I was starving so I tried to eat it. The stuffing was absolutely awful!...it was mushy and seemed uncooked. As I said I was starving so I tried to eat...but barely got through 2 of the four shrimp. I decided to send it back and eat the pizza instead. When the bill came they refused to take the meal off the bill. The waitress argued that I ate almost 2 of the shrimp and that she would have to talk to the manager. She returned and said I had to pay for it because she offered me something else even though I did not choose another meal. (I just didn't want to take the chance and I knew the pizza was safe.) Angelo's choose to loose a a family of 6 as customers for a mere $14.99. I will never eat there again! The waitress was fueled to argue as though I was trying to cheat the resturant. As we paid our bill I told the waitress that perhaps the customer service alone was possibly why the resturant was empty. As I said, I will never go back.    [26 Aug 2008 21:17:39]
