Horrible service, cold food.
On Friday night 03/02, I had a horrible experience at Eleni's at Buckingham. I've been a loyal customer for 6 years, and vow to never return.

Buckingham has recently changed their menu and raised their prices. With entrees as high as $24, one would expect fine dining food and fine dining service. Its time to upgrade the staff as well.

Service was slow, we waited 10 minutes for bread. After ordering, we waited approx. 30 minutes for our orders (Lasagna and Veal Picatta).

When the lasangna finally arrived, it was COLD in the middle. Bringing to to our server's attention, she offered to bring something else, but we refused. She returned and said "since you ate half of it..." at which point we cut her off to explain she had only a few bites. A few minutes later a man returned and offered to take it off the bill, but charge us for the salad. Both the server, and the manager claimed that the dish WASNT cold (esentially telling us we were lying) and NOT ONCE apologized.

Mistakes in the kitchen happen, and understood... but insulting your customers is UNACCEPTABLE. Even the Olive Garden would have handled the situation better.

Recommendation to the owners: if you're going to try and be a fine dining establishment, good service is expected. If things go wrong, it would be wise to take a loss on the dish, than lose a customer and have them tell of their experience to everyone in town. Every time we eat at Eleni's it's always a great dining experience. We love the food, we highly recommend the chicken marsala! The service is always friendly and prompt. Eleni's has recently remodeled the place is very warm and inviting :)    [10 Jun 2007 20:57:33]

Excellent
We went to Greek Night Last Night and for 25.00 it was so much fun and the food and service was fantastic, we truly loved the waitresses and we got to meet Steve the owner, who was such a nice guy, we really felt like we were at home, with one big family.
