Getting too big too fast?
I hired Aux Delices to cater a company outdoor BBQ. The menu featured typical items (burgers, pulled pork, etc), on "Brioche buns". While the burgers were fine, the buns were the packaged store type, nothing special.
At the end of the evening, the captain reported to me that the garbage being placed in my garage was placed on cardboard because of "a small leak". It was a mess, and I have no idea why the crew didn't address the problem when they noticed it by double bagging or something! I was also charged for juices in the menu, but they forgot to deliver them and had to run out as the party was starting. I have seen this company grow since its inception, and now it seems they are failing to provide the detailed, consistent service they used to be known for. Very mediocre.    [13 May 2006 20:48:02]
