Good place We had dinner here about 2 months ago with 2 other couples. The atmosphere and food were excellent. All of us enjoyed our dinners. The moderate prices were also a welcome respite from what many other places charge for a lesser quality. [29 Jan 2004 14:13:57]

Good Italian food for reasonable cost. Amici has huge portions that most could make two meals out of. Nice patio outside when weather is warmer. [24 Feb 2004 16:04:59]

not that great Went there around Christmas. We waited with another couple for two hours. Drinks were bad, and my chicken was way under cooked. Felt sick from the food just in time for Christmas. Went back one more time for Valentines day, still problems. Won't go there again. [26 Feb 2005 13:13:39]

Enjoyed it very much I've been here about 4 times over the past 6 months and each time have been very pleased with the service and the food. They have a chicken & pasta dish to die for (can't remember the name)! Their wine selection is nice and affordable. I've done both lunch and dinners and have been pleased with all experiences. I do tend to go on nights or weekends when they are slower, so that might be why we get better attention. I find the atmosphere comfortable and elegant. My husband even likes this restaurant and he is very picky. [10 Oct 2005 15:47:24]

Our favorite for over two years I've been to Amici's several times with my boyfriend. They have a large wine list, with some very good, affordable choices. Chicken Milanese is his favorite, while I enjoy their salad selections and have had some wonderful fish specials. I've tried their steaks with varying results...my suggestion is to stay away, they've been very inconsistant. Some have been perfect, others tough and grisly. The desserts are all very tasty and beautifully prepared. Amici offers French press coffee, very tasty for those who enjoy their bean juice strong as I do.
The service has always been good, some servers outshine others. Tipping well has it's advantages, when the server remembers your face they'll go above and beyond to make your meal enjoyable.
The ambiance and decor are subdued, with soft lighting and flower arrangements adding to the overall dining experience.
I would give this restaurant a 4.5 out of 5 if this site would allow. [18 Dec 2005 18:41:35]
