Worth the Trip
My husband and I have ventured down Route 9 a couple of times for the food at this Texmex restaurant. We both like the burritos. The decor is enjoyable. If you are looking for a relaxing, casual place, the food here is worth the trip. The only downside to Coyote Blue is its size. There are only about ten booths and the place can get busy fast. Thursday and Friday nights have not worked for us, but Tuesday night and Saturday for lunch have been winners.    [07 Sep 2006 15:16:35]

Bland
My husband and I are big fans of Tex-Mex so we made the trip to Coyote Blue. The cute ‘Tacky Southwest Décor’ and the salsa with the chips at the beginning of the meal gave us hope that we found a place we could become regulars. We found our meals to be acceptable, but really bland for Tex-Mex. I had to cover my burrito with hot sauce, but they did have a large selection of hot sauces, so that it had any kick of flavor to it at all. My husband also said his steak, covered with a decent chili was also too bland. I doubt we will go back to for a meal; however they have a huge selection of Tequilas so we may go back with friends for drinks with chips and salsa.    [18 Jun 2007 10:37:07]

Watch out for Those Margaritas!!!
The margaritas are excellent, but watch out because they pack a punch. The food is average Tex-Mex (wasn't great, wasn't horrible). Staff are friendly. Prices are reasonable. Small, cozy setting.
