2 hours for lunch??
This Friendly's has a history of poor service and sadly nothing has changed.
We arrived at 1:30 on Sunday afternoon and departed at 3:30 having eaten a patty melt, no appetizer, no dessert.
It was a very good patty melt but it will be a long time before I put myself through this again. They were short staffed, the waitress never bussed any of the tables and heaven forbid you needed a refill. Some of the tables around us bussed themselves to make room for dessert. All in all it was a shameful production and the manager needs to take a good look at his staff and his training methods.    [27 Feb 2006 20:41:31]

Why Are The People In Black??
THIS friendly's on washington street..use to be my beat please to eat, BUT when l was there last time and looked at the cooks making my food and all in Black and sweatin ..l was like my father passed and made me think about him again !!HOW do l know the sweat not on my food???Please do something about the all in black !!! IT's a depressing place to eat now !

Worst service to date 8-12-09 8:30 PM
Me and my wife stopped in to have just ice cream,waited 10-15 minutes before a waitress came by. After ordering waited 25 minutes more and still no ice cream. I'm in management myself and somebody needs to look at this stores employees and management. We won't be back. They also don't bus the tables.    [12 Aug 2009 22:04:52]
