Pretty disappointing
My husband and I were both disappointed with our meals. The environment is great and the service was good, but the menu is just ok and it's the prices you expect to find in Mystic.    [22 Sep 2007 19:07:00]

Never Again
After a few bites into my chicken cordon bleu last night, I realized that the chicken was raw. I told the waitress about it, after which she very nicely apologized and took it back to the kitchen. The meal returned when the other members of my party had finished eating...one of the lumps of cordon bleu was new, the other had seemingly been refried/heated. Half of the exterior of the refried lump was inedible, as I almost chipped a tooth trying to down a forkful.

The server comped the unpleasant experience of ingesting raw chicken in the form of...A THREE DOLLAR BEER. This was a $15 entree! I don't blame the server, as I'm sure this was not her decision (she got a nice tip as she was very friendly and attentive). The decision to comp a customer served raw chicken with a drink that represents 20% of the price of the entree demonstrates poor management and atrocious customer service.
