Great French Bistro, worth seeking out If you love French food, especially casual bistro dining, this is the place for you. In summer, you can eat outside; in winter it's cozy and inviting. Just perfect for what it is. [11 Jun 2006 13:32:43]

Oui! Overated! Tight, loud, somewhat attentive service and some complete French arrogance made up for our evening. The Duck special wasn't very special because it was gone by 8:15 during a Saturday night service. Poor planning by the Chef! Food that did come out was often not hot. The Escargot was very salty. The Entrée' of Muscles was under seasoned. The Pate' very overpriced ($18.00) for what it was, and it wasn't very good. Two $5.00 Cafe au late’ were not hot when they arrived WAY to early for the Crepes. Coffee should be out 2 minutes ahead of dessert... never more than that. The edges of the Crepes were rubbery. Service mostly amateur at it's best. Finally an 8:15 reservation was 25 minutes overdue, and there is no place to wait. My (requested-rare) "Hormone-Free" Hamburger came out medium well, which is more than I can say for my experience at Luc's Cafe. [26 Mar 2007 18:30:57]

great experience Cannot understand one of the reviews on food because mine was OUTSTANDING. The chef did a fine job of both preparation and presentation on 6 different entrees for our table. Service was just right but I will say that it was a bit tight on the seating. I recomend this bistro highly [06 Jul 2007 18:26:02]

Love it! I am totally miffed by the bad review I read. I LOVED it. I have been there several times and find that the tight seating reminded me of some cafes I went to in Paris. I find the staff to always be knowledgable and pleasant. The service and food are incredible. And I find the owners accent to be the final touch in transporting me back to Paris. Mediocre Food, Bad Service My wife and I contemplated walking out after dealing with some crabby, male-PMS type attitude on the part of the owner or maitre'd. However, we stayed the course and were disappointed to receive some "spammy" pate and an OK ham & cheese ("Monsieur Croque") sandwich along with several seemingly thimble-sized beverage servings. The mesclun salad was pretty good had a pretty decent dressing. [02 Aug 2007 02:30:05]
