Great Takeout.. if you can stand the people
I'd never sit down and eat at one of the 2 grimy looking booths in Tin Tsin, and ordering is always a challenge due to the generally grumpy (and not at all friendly) woman (possibly the owner) who is always there and speaks broken ringrish with a very heavy accent. HOWEVER... the food is delicious (if you're okay with eating food prepared in a less-than-perfectly-sanitary looking kitchen), always very flavorful, and you tend to get your monies worth because of fair prices and large quantities. The lunch & dinner specials are a great deal. I'd recommend delivery or calling ahead to pick up, because it's not really a place you want to hang around too long.    [21 May 2007 15:29:48]
