The amazing smell of bacon...
The entire Town Hall Plaza parking lot has an amazing smell of bacon every morning coming from Old Towne Restaurant.

Years ago, I was shopping at Stop & Shop and was touched by this wonderful smell - stopped in for breakfast and haven't stopped since.

The breakfast service is great, the food is always as expected and there are plenty of choices when I want to shake things up a bit. Lunch also falls under the same description, service and food are what I like. Pizza is unique and worth trying no matter what type you like.

Dinner service is occasionally touch and go depending on who you get. I tend to keep my visits to the early day now.

Overall, it is a hidden gem for anyone in Trumbull, Bridgeport, Monroe or other neighboring towns to come and get what they like. When the diners are on a big wait, you can go to Old Towne and get in due to where it's located. Nice.    [25 Oct 2007 15:31:19]
