The Reason Exit 65 exists
Rein's is a landmark in Vernon, and I should know: I grew up there. I've eaten their homemade pickles since I had teeth. And they are still fantastic.

Everything at Rein's is a treat, and prepared just like you'd expect from a NY Deli. Only you don't have to deal with city traffic, and the New Yorkers.

The potato pancakes are crunchy, tasty and best when smothered in applesauce. The kugel is to die for and so is the chocolate pecan pie. (Get it warmed and ala mode!)

And nothing beats Rein's for a weekend breakfast. Just be sure to get there early!    [26 Sep 2007 12:42:23]
