Wow - what a way to say fall!
I was treated to a most amazing dish last night at Michael's! It was a sumptious blend of pumpkin and sage. I ordered the special of pumpkin ravioli in sage butter with roasted pignoli nuts and it was outstanding! I wished I had eaten less so I could have savored it today for lunch. The ravioli were filled with a melt in your mouth blend of pumpkin and spices. The sage butter complemented the dish so well and kept it from being heavy. The pignoli nuts gave the meal some extra pop and rounded out this tasty dish. I used some of the warm fresh bread to dip in the butter and had a crisp green salad with a flavorful blue dressing. Unforgettable Sea Bass
My son and I had a wonderful dining experience at Michael's. My son ordered the lasagna (his favorite Italian dish) and was very satisfied by the portion and taste. I had an unforgettable sea bass (it was the special) with mashed potatoes, grape tomatoes, asparagus, corn,....sorry, my mouth is watering. Can't wait to go back.
