On two visits to IHOP the food was fair, the service fair to poor, and the waitresses seem reluctant to wait on people. Also the cleanliness of this establishment could be better.    [29 Dec 2001 15:30:48]

HaHaHa Are you nuts????
I visit IHOP in West Hartford,CT about twice a week.I'm SHOCKED to have come across such a bad review of this restaurant! Over 9 years of being a faithful costumer- I've only witnessed the HARDEST of work from IHOP employee's and EXCELLENT managment....
