Great Pizza Wow - finally we have found a great pizza. Chewy, thin crust, big triangles of tangy pizza. Mmmmmmm. Their pasta dishes are also very good. However, both times we have eaten there we have had problems with the service. (Everyone else has finished their meals by the time the pizza arrives, or the order is mixed up.) [23 Oct 2006 08:18:41]

Good food, bad service Love the pizza, service was better in the old location, the new layout and work flow suffers from the little bar in the middle of the room. The architect who designed that room needs a flogging. [27 Mar 2007 17:59:10]

Worst Service Ever! My husband and I, along with 9 other friends and family members went to Noli's on Memorial Day for dinner. Our orders ranged from full course dinners to one very simple order of fries and a slice of chocolate cake. My husband and I each ordered a calzone. The food was served very sporadically over a time period that extended well beyond an hour. By the time my husband and I received our calzones, everyone else in our group had been completely finished with their meals for at least a half hour. My nephew ordered the fries and cake and did not get his order until just a moment before we got ours. It was evident they had forgotten to put in our order, but no one said a thing about it or offered any apology of any kind other than one very curt quick apology when I asked where our food was. I was told it was coming...that was 45 minutes before we actually got it. Also, it's worth noting that our table had six people and our other family/friends were at an adjacent table with five people. They were provided with a pitcher of ice water as well as a basket of bread. We received nothing even though one person at our table had ordered chicken piccata. I would have thought she'd have been entitled to some bread. No one ever offered to refresh our ice water either although our waitress replenished the other table several times. We did nothing to deserve to be ignored like this. The waitress did ask me at one time if there was anything wrong -- I guess she saw the concerned look on my face. This was after we'd already been waiting at least a half hour after everyone else had their food...they were almost done. That's when she said, it's coming, but it didn't come til about 45 minutes later. It is Noli's loss that they provided such horrid service. Our family eats out together all the time. We are a big happy group and are loyal to places that treat us right. We will never return to Noli's. The food was very average, but had the service been good, we'd probably still go back, but our food came so late that my husband asked to have his boxed up before he even took a bite. I ate a few bites and put mine in the box with his. We had arrived around 6:30 pm but didn't get out of there til about 8:30...just in time for an 8:45 movie we planned to attend together.
