Poor Poor Poor Service
I went to this place for lunch with 2 colleagues. Two of us are diabetic and one of us is eight months pregnant. After ordering simple sandwiches at 12:30......we did not get our lunch until 35 minutes later. One of us got sick from having to wait so long after taking medication. We asked the waitress to mention this to the manager. She never did. We called the manager over to discuss it with him. His reply: "Oh well, that happens, this is DC and we are busy......come in again and I will buy you lunch." I dont think so. NEVER again.

After talking to the manager we saw the waitress walk over to him and roll her eyes at us. It was really shocking.    [19 Jun 2003 10:38:54]

Awful, awful, awful!!!!
The service here is terrible!!! They only have 1 bartender and 1 waitress working the entire restaurant. Lunch takes over an hour for a sandwich or a burger.

They had the same waitstaff during the 1st match of the US team for the World Cup!! I ordered at 12:30 and left at 1:20 having never received my sandwich!!

Terrible
I went to lunch with a friend who had recommended it, but was disgusted.

Our server was the bartender who got my entire order wrong. The appetizer came after our entree and I waited 15 minutes for a refill on my water. Our plates sat out for at least 10 minutes after we were finished. The chicken salad was watery and had no taste..

We sat for at least 25 minutes before even receiving our food... avoid this restaurant.    [11 Apr 2007 13:55:07]
