Don't Bother
This tired DC restaurant only has one thing going for it: it's across the street from the Kennedy Center. That's it. If you give it a go anyway, don't order a mixed drink ... stick with wine or beer. There's a pre-theater set of specials, but they are way expensive for what you get. The mussels were few, overcooked, and covered with blah tomato sauce. The filet mignon was covered with brown goo. The ravioli was edible, but not as good as Trader Joe's. The chocolate cake was just horrible. The bill was very high for barely mediocre food.
