Excellent and Filling!
This is a great find. Service was great, atmosphere was great and the food was great. This relatively new restaurant (opened last summer, 2002) deserves many accolades. The service definitely makes this restaurant even better, servers answer any questions and actually makes suggestions. And if you want to drive valet parking is relatively cheap (by Washington D.C. standards); $5. Definitely worth checking out. [24 Aug 2003 16:47:42]

Super Ambience/Food
I really had a wonderful time here even though it was very crowded and a bit loud in the dining room with chatter. Our server was very prompt and smart, the food was on time, my pork was really unique and well prepared, and my wife raved about the salmon. Fantastic Dining
This was the best experience I have EVER had in a restaurant. From the greetings at the door to the goodbyes at the end, the meal, service, and refined taste of Chef Geoff's wowed me from start to finish. Great Food
This restaurant was recommended to me by a coworker and I will never be able to thank her enough. Chef Geoff's Downtown has a great wine selection and fabulous food. The menu changes frequently to compliment the season's best food. The service is great and the General Manager is a find - we talked with him at length about the restaurant and he was pleasant, knowledgeable and just a great guy.
