Amazing Happy Hour I've only been there once, on a Friday, but it was great. Bartenders were friendly, the beer choices were quality, and the atmosphere was good (clean, nicely decorated, good clientele). And believe it or not, the beers are only $1 until 9PM (at least on Friday).

Good food, but be prepared to act as a waiter The Dark Horse has some good entrees, salads, and sandwiches - definitely worth returning for. The service, however, is horrible. The wait saff rarely returns with requested condiments or drinks in an acceptable time. After being seated by a waiter, I had to request a menu and for the table to be wiped down. On another visit, I had to wait 15 minutes to get a bottle of ketchup, by that time my burger and fries were cold. Often times, I forgo the request and just get it myself.
Like I said, good food, but prepared to work for it.
PS - do not order the burger on 1/2 price Wednesdays - they use old meat, or something. I thought I was eating a burger with rubberbands grounded in. [03 Nov 2003 13:48:29]
